PET HEAVEN
Pet memorial guide & frequently asked questions
Pet Heaven is an online pet memorial website. Keep photos, dates, a tribute and stories for cats, dogs, birds, rabbits and other pets, and leave flowers and candles on a private memorial page. Account profiles and photos are accessible only to their owner; public sharing is not currently available.
How do I create a pet memorial?
Create an account and add your pet
Register or sign in, then open My Companions. Only your pet’s name and species are required. Photos, dates and stories can be added later.
Gather photos and write a tribute
Add one cover photo and up to eight album photos. Use the tribute for a short message and the story for favorite habits, your first meeting or a memory of everyday life together.
Choose dates and location details
Enter a year, a year and month, or a full date. When both birth and passing dates are entered, use the same precision. Country, province and city can each be left undisclosed.
Return and leave a little love
Select your companion in My Companions and open their memorial. The simple stone, flowers and candles are free. Optional purchases take you to checkout after confirmation.
What can I write in a pet memorial tribute?
You do not have to tell their whole life story. Start with “I will always remember…” and add a nickname, a little habit or an ordinary afternoon together. This is a writing example, not a customer testimonial:
Thank you for making every homecoming something to look forward to.
Frequently asked questions about pet memorials
Is creating a pet memorial free?
Creating a pet profile, the simple stone memorial, flowers and candles are free. An angel statue costs US$9.90 once per pet for a permanent unlock; a treat costs US$0.90 per purchase. Prices are in US dollars, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchases are available only when the payment service is enabled.
Can other people see my pet’s photos and story?
Account profiles and photos are accessible only to their owner. Public sharing is not currently available. Homepage examples and the map’s Example world are fictional demonstrations, not other users’ private memorials.
Which pets can I remember?
Pet Heaven supports cats, dogs, birds, rabbits and other pets. Choose a species when adding a companion, then optionally add a breed, tribute and story.
What if I do not know the full dates or want to keep a location private?
You can enter only a year or leave dates empty. If both birth and passing dates are supplied, use matching precision. Country, province and city can each remain undisclosed. Map markers never represent an exact home or burial address.
How many photos can I upload?
Each pet can have one cover photo and up to eight album photos. Choose JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 5 MB each; your browser resizes images before upload. Keep your original photos backed up.
How do I edit or delete a memorial?
Sign in and manage the memorial in My Companions. Clearing browser data does not delete account profiles, but does remove older browser-only memories. Payment order records may be retained for transaction reconciliation.
How are memories stored and used?
New pet profiles, photos and offerings are stored under your account on the server. Sign-in uses a session cookie. Language preferences, sample flowers and older browser-only memorials remain in this browser.
With your consent, the map can request a country code from ipwho.is. That service receives your public IP address; the website uses only its returned country code. You can choose a country manually instead. Fonts may load from Google Fonts.
When payments are enabled, Stripe hosts checkout. This website does not collect or store card numbers. Keep original photos and stories backed up.
