Using Pet Heaven

Pet Heaven provides an online space to remember pets. These terms apply when you use the website and its digital memorial services.

Your account

Use an email address you control and keep your password, verification codes and recovery links secure. Contact support if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.

Your content and share links

You retain ownership of the photos, stories and other content you submit. You give Pet Heaven permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the service, including displaying the image and caption you choose to publish through a share link. Only upload or share material you have permission to use. Where sharing is available, anyone with an active link can view and copy the shared content. You can turn off a link in the memorial’s sharing controls.

Acceptable use

Respect others’ privacy and rights. Do not upload unlawful, infringing or abusive content, impersonate others, distribute malware, or try to access another person’s account or disrupt the service. We may restrict access or disable shared content to address misuse, security issues or legal obligations.

Optional purchases and refunds

Creating a memorial, using the simple stone, leaving flowers and lighting candles are free. When purchases are available, each premium memorial style costs US$9.90 to unlock once per pet, and each treat costs US$1.90. These are one-time purchases in US dollars. Pet Heaven applies the purchase to the selected pet after payment is confirmed.

Digital goods are non-refundable once unlocked or delivered, even if you have not used them, except where required by law. We refund verified duplicate charges. If payment was completed and the purchased item was not delivered, we will work to deliver it and refund the charge if we cannot do so within a reasonable time.

For duplicate charges or missing purchases, email [email protected] with your order reference within 14 days of payment. We issue approved refunds to the original payment method. This request window does not limit any longer period or remedy available under applicable law.

Deleting a memorial

You can delete a memorial in My Companions. Deletion removes the memorial and disables any active share link. Purchases associated with that pet cannot be transferred to another pet. Keep copies of photos and stories you wish to preserve.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pet Heaven provides the service as is and as available. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pet Heaven is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for claims arising from or relating to the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid Pet Heaven during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Your mandatory consumer rights and remedies continue to apply.
